Keywords: each product should have a unique keyword. We can use the Google Keyword Planner to search for the best keyword. The keyword with the highest search volume will be our main keyword and the other variations can be added in the full description.
Description: in the product page we will need to add a long description and short description. For the long description, we will need to prepare a well-optimized 3-4 paragraphs of at least 300 words in total. The text should include the main keyword for at least 3 times. The short description comes immediately after the product title and should include bullet points with the product features.
Images: we need to prepare high-quality images with a resolution of 2000×2000 pixels and named with the product keyword (no random names). Each image’s size should not exceed 300kb to not slow the page speed.
It is the most important visible title on the page so it should be unique and include the main keyword. Don’t add size, quantity or any other changeable attributes here.
Once you add the product name, the page URL will be automatically generated. Make sure to keep it short since shorter URLs tend to rank better than long URLs.
Click edit and make the URL shorter but keep our main keyword there and set hyphen between the words:
at this part add the long description of a minimum of 300 words.
this part is an indicator for the page SEO and readability. Set the main keyword in the Focus key phrase box and check the SEO analysis to fix any problems found.
You will need to calculate the sell price, based on other information you will be provided.

Cost of Good:
refers to the cost of buying this product, set as provided.
set it to “Taxable” for all products except the products for eating, set it “none”.
refers to the minimum quantity of the product to be purchased in one single time.
refers to the maximum quantity of the product to be purchased in one single time.
in this field write the product name, in short, to be printed on the invoice to the customer.
check it to be able to manage the product stock.
you can write any number in this field, but when the product is out of stock set it to Zero.
set it to “Do not allow” to prevent purchases when the product is out of stock.
this is the ID of the product. If it is not provided, you need to make a search and find it. And make sure that this UPC is what Amazon and Google have for that product.

in this field add related products to be shown as suggestions at the end of the page to the customers.
add suitable attributes according to the information you have about the product like size, pack. If the size or pack count does not exist, create a new one. This allows customers to filter products to find what they are looking for faster.
Product short description
add the bullet points of the product features in this section. be short and descriptive, and make it in points.
Product feed information
this part is for Google, you need to fill the 2 fields mentioned in point 20 & 21.
Global Trade Item Number (GTIN):
fill with the “UPC” as point 14.
Cost of goods sold:
fill with “Cost of Good” as point 6.
FS poster: By default, every item added is shared for one time. In the future, we can use this part to share the item again if needed.
Product categories: select the product category according to the information provided.
Product tag: add all related tags for the product. Using the WordPress keyword tool.
Product image: add the main product image from uploaded files or media library. Make sure to add “Alt text” to the image which should include the main keyword.
Product gallery: add the other images you prepared in this part. Each one should have “Alt text”.
Save draft: the last step is to save the product page as a draft to be verified and published.
